Carly graduated with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and is now a Registered Provisional Psychologist.

Carly has been influenced by the work of Carl Rogers, Carl Jung, and Alfred Adler. She works from a client-centered approach with the belief that clients are the experts of their own lives. She emphasizes building strong therapeutic relationships. Carly sees her clients and herself as fellow travelers on a journey towards healing and self-actualization.

Jennifer Roesler sees individuals, couples and families in person, by telephone, and secure online video.

Jennifer is an empathetic, compassionate therapist who hopes to create a collaborative and working relationship with each of her clients. It can be daunting to face one’s sufferings and concerns. However, by walking this journey with you, she hopes that you can build the skills and resilience to face these experiences with newfound hope, understanding, and change. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle and is currently a Registered Provisional Psychologist.

Jennifer believes that everyone is the author of their own story. Therefore, her approach is highly client-centered. She is influenced by CBT, existential approaches, and utilizes structural family systems when working with families. Jennifer has completed her Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and her level one EMDR training.

Jennifer has experience counselling individuals with substance use, medical procedures in hospitals, students and youth engaging in at-risk activities, brain injury, and those struggling with mental health difficulties. As a result, she has developed a sensitivity towards traumatic situations, abuse, and suicide. She also has experience teaching psychoeducation groups. Additionally, she loves working with couples to help increase communication, overcome betrayal, or even work on managing everyday life together. Craig has a passion for massage therapy and views the modality as a form of communication. Working with the body, not just on the body, he uses advanced neurological techniques to relieve tension and stress. To effectively accomplish this, no oils or lotions are used during a session. Craig specializes in deep tissue, myofascial release, nerve flossing, and lymphatic drainage.

Lisa is an empathetic, compassionate individual who strives to help everyone recognize their own strength, resiliency, and worth in a safe environment. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a Registered Psychologist.

Lisa believes a client-centred, holistic approach to counselling is key. She is influenced by psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, in addition to cognitive-behavioural and solution-focused methods. Lisa has completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and also recently completed training in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy.

Lisa has approximately six years of direct mental health and addictions counselling experience in a variety of settings. She completed the practicum portion of her Master’s degree at Welling Centre, where she worked with adult clients experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, and stress. The majority of her experience otherwise has been acquired within the justice system, both within various correctional centre as well as newly-released individuals with significant mental health and addictions concerns. She has also worked as an addiction counsellor in a community detox facility. Lisa also has many years of related experience in a variety of settings with diverse groups; for example, an inpatient psychiatric facility, with people living in the inner-city, and other vulnerable, at-risk groups.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and staying physically active.

Scarlet’s technique is slow, rhythmic, and gradual as she thoroughly treats areas of pain and discomfort. A central goal in Scarlet’s sessions is to decrease the pain experience by calming the nervous system. Therefore, though she uses deep tissue, active release, kinetic massage, PNF stretching, and trigger point release techniques when appropriate, the overall experience is intended to be deeply relaxing.

Scarlet is a forever learner with a deep interest in understanding pain intervention and body work from all perspectives. Scarlet received thorough training in anatomy, physiology, assessment, and treatment at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy where she graduated with honours in 2017. Since then, she has received further training in yoga and body rolling as home-care, kinetic massage of the shoulder, orthopaedic assessment, pain science and the biopsychosocial model, and trauma-informed bodywork.

Scarlet’s treatment room is a safe, kind, judgement-free space. She works with people of all ages and stages, including pregnancy.

Wendy is a heart centered, intuitive, counsellor who takes an integrative approach to therapy in the areas of addiction and recovery, stress, depression, spiritual emergency, and generational trauma. Wendy is trained in Transpersonal Counselling Psychology, and is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with integrated and lived experiences that support deep healing.

Her work in the counselling field began with a focus on supporting individuals with substance use disorders and recovery, as well deep work with groups. She has 5 years of clinical experience in individual and group therapy. Wendy has been influenced by the work of Chuck Spezzano, Carl Jung, Stanislav Grof, and Rupert Spira. Her holistically integrated therapy approach is based on Transpersonal theories, and helping individuals wake up to who they really are. Wendy’s goal is to help people understand their issues and uncover positive ways to move past them and integrate this new awareness into their lives. She is skilled at creating a psychologically safe space to do this deep work and to wake up from the illusions of the ego mind of form and fear.

She supports people to come into flow with life and the divine using a psychotherapeutic approach that is informed by non-dual understanding, which bridges the gap between spirit and psychotherapy. Brian is a registered psychologist and former instructor at both MacEwan University, where he taught psychology to undergraduates, and at St. Stephen’s College, where he trained practicum students enrolled in graduate programs in the Department of Psychotherapy and Spirituality.

He has worked in community clinics, specialized multi-disciplinary teams in the inner city, and as a mental health consultant and trainer for front-line staff in programs funded by Children’s Services.

Brian received his MA in Counselling Psychology at the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Vancouver. He also has training in psychodrama, Brain Spotting, hypnotherapy, psychedelic integration, and EMDR. He is certified as an instructor in Mental Health First Aid, and as a peer-coach in Motivational Interviewing.
